Terms and Conditions

Payment terms: Payment is due in full prior to the event date, with a non-refundable deposit required upon booking.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation fees may apply if the event is canceled less than 30 days prior to the event date.
Event changes: Any changes to the event must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event date, and may be subject to additional fees.
Guest count: The final guest count must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event date. Any changes after that date may be subject to additional fees.
Liability: The company is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the event.
Menu and food allergies: Menu items and food allergies must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event date.
Equipment and rentals: The client is responsible for any equipment or rental items that are damaged or lost during the event.
Alcohol policy: The client is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the service and consumption of alcohol.
